230118: Sec 5.2, Equation 5.41: On right side of equation, quantities should be magnetic field intensities (i.e., H's, not E's).
240524: Sec 6.8, Equations 6.153 and 6.154: "mu" in each equation should instead be "epsilon".
250925: Sec 7.2, Just above Equation 7.10, "G' << omega*G'" should be "G' << omega*C'"
